The Syracuse Financial Empowerment Center is a city initiative supported by the efforts of the City of Syracuse and Home HeadQuarters. The CFE Fund has been working since 2017 with the City of Syracuse, led by Mayor Ben Walsh.to bring this free city service to Syracuse.
